OpenWisdom Gateway
Gateway /ɡeɪt.weɪ / noun - An entry point into a wider system which allows you to access a wider environment
Aptly named, OpenWisdom has launched our brand new online learning platform. Designed to replicate the face-to-face experience, the portal allows students to take their class online live! They can log into a single view dashboard featuring their own personalised hub, including lesson schedule, class records, files, homework uploads and more.
Custom designed for OpenWisdom, Gateway simultaneously increases ease of access to our learning experience for existing students as well as extends the reach of our philosophy to students across NSW. Its development represents our commitment to empowering students with access to support and mentorship at any time, from anywhere.

Ready for the online learning revolution?
OpenWisdom Selective School Program
Each year over 18,000 students sit the NSW Selective High School Placement Test, but only around 4,000 spots are on offer.
OpenWisdom traces success further back towards its roots with our very first program for primary school students. Designed to give Year 6 selective school hopefuls the confidence and preparation they need, our Selective School Entrance Program applies our signature personalised learning philosophy to the most competitive placement exams in the state.
With our first cohort already underway, the program covers 6 months of preparation over Terms 4 and 1 with two key phases:
Phase 1: Learning
An alternating weekly cycle of Reading & Mathematics, and Writing & Thinking Skills, covering all the key skills required to tackle the formatting of the Selective School Placement Exam.
Phase 2: Exams
Practical sessions where students not only become familiar with the application of knowledge and technique, but also gain confidence and learn to thrive under performance pressure.

Recharging can come in many forms. We don’t need to avoid technology this holiday season. Instead, let’s use it purposefully. Why not pair learning a new skill online with time outdoors to refresh your mind, or balance creative digital projects with collaborative games or activities with family and friends?
This season is about balance and growth, a time to explore how we can use all our tools – digital and beyond – to create meaningful experiences. Taking this approach will help you return to the New Year with energy, inspiration, and new ideas.
With over 8 years of experience in HSC education, our team knows that the HSC can often feel like a ‘black box’ for parents and students alike. However, that’s no longer the case for those who joined us at our in-person HSC Preparation seminars this term.
