At OpenWisdom, our students are guided by experienced tutors at a centre with a strong history of helping students succeed in selective schools across NSW.

How does the program work?

Across two and a half terms, Year 6 students gain access to teaching and exam practice calibrated to their ability, starting from Term 4.

Phase 1: Learning

These two terms are split into an alternating fortnightly cycle, with each week focussing on different key skills.

Week A covers Reading and Mathematics.
Week B covers Writing and Thinking Skills.

Phase 2: Exams

Students sit a practice paper mirroring exam conditions to prepare them for not only the types of questions they can be asked, but the exam experience.

Students receive feedback in the following session to improve for the next practice task.
